About Hair Carnival

Hair Carnival was created because its founder Linna believes that life is best lived when you're having fun, and one way to do so is to get your hair out of the way! Whether you have short, thin, long, thick, curly, coloured, or NO hair, there will be something for you! Hair Carnival is starting with scrunchies, but that's not all! We will be rolling out with different accessories, such as hairbands, hairclips, etc at a later time!
