If, within a year of purchase, you find that the elastic in your scrunchie is not as tight anymore or has come apart*, please click on "Contact Us", email us at hello@haircarnivalhk.com, or slide into our DM's on Instagram @haircarnivalhk! We will restring your scrunchie for you with a new elastic so it's daisy fresh again! Just pay shipping.

*Does not apply to deterioration in fabric, just the elastic inside (loosening or sagging).
