Each and every scrunchie is made in Hong Kong by Linna, made in small batches, sometimes from end bits from a bolt of fabric, so you know you'll be wearing something super unique!

I love hair scrunchies in general, but Hair Carnival brings the scrunchie game to a whole new level! The fabrics and patterns are always so unique!
